What we do - Renewable Solid Fuels

The main products of Municipal Solid Waste Green Energy Greece are pellets and briquettes. 

• Pellets are small, cylindrical pieces of biomass that are made from compressed sawdust, wood chips, or other plant materials. 

• Briquettes are larger, block-shaped pieces of biomass that are made from compressed wood, agricultural waste, or other materials.

Both pellets and briquettes are high-density fuels that have a high energy content. They are also relatively clean-burning fuels, which means that they produce fewer emissions than traditional fossil fuels.
